Marc Backes, Eternity
- That the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart would be pleasing to God
- That whatever I eat, whatever I drink, whatever I do, I will do all unto the glory of God
- That my mind, my body, and my soul would be pure and God would protect me from sexual immorality
- That Jenni and I would grow in our intimacy with God and with one another
- That God would provide what we need for financial support
- That we would be godly stewards of every dime that is given to Eternity
- That I would not be anxious or discouraged about finances or our financial support and that I would know that God will take care of me just as he takes care of two sparrows
- That God would guide Brooks and Kris Crawford as they seek God's face in their decision on whether to be our worship leaders
- That the process to establish Eternity as a 501(c)3 would go smoothly
- That God would give us favor in the eyes of a bank to pre-qualify us to purchase a home
- That God would lead us to the home that he has for us
- That God would give me insight into the Scriptures and bless my sermon preparation as I prepare to preach numerous times this summer
- That the Holy Spirit would begin working now in the hearts of men, women, and families to prepare them to join the core group of Eternity later on this summer
- That God would open up critical and vital doors of networking to allow me to share the vision of Eternity with as many people as I can, even if it’s thousands
- That God would begin preparing a place for Eternity to meet
- That God will give us favor with the leaders of Jefferson City, Cole County, and the state of Missouri

- Pray that Craig will have discipline to do administrative tasks around him.
- Pray that Bryn and Keenan will have safe flights back to Yaounde on June 3–4.
- Pray for our times with the Lord.
- Pray that we would continuously abide in Christ.
- Pray for our devotional times.

- For our planning of the the 2008/2009 year
- For the elder we're hoping to have installed in August. Pray that he finishes strong in the process and that he is well-received by the church.
- For wisdom in our meeting place. We need a morning service, and the place we currently use will not work. Pray for wisdom, direction, and money (if we do end up moving).
- For my family. We need peace through this summer, provision (for our debt), and protection from the enemy.

- Praise: Despite two tropical storms moving through the Yucatan peninsula, none of our SR events were rained out.
- Praise: The LifePoint team was able to share the gospel with 500+ people during our time in Mexico.
- Pray for a SR team currently in Brazil and another that is heading to South Africa 7/19–8/2.
- Pray for US sports camps Kelly will be heading up in Colorado, Texas, and Wyoming.
- Pray for wisdom as Kelly begins to plan and recruit for 2009.
- Pray for Jenni's expanding ministry to women through Mary Kay.
- Pray for protection and provision for our family as we continue to pursue God.
