The LifePoint Residency builds on the Internship program to offer advanced training and experience in life and ministry leadership. The program advances the Resident in the same purposes and areas of growth, with more intentional focus in personal character assessment and leadership. A typical residency lasts 18-24 months, but the exact timeline is subject to many variables. When a Resident completes the program, they receive humble confidence that a congregation and Table of Elders has laid their hands on them with full affirmation of God’s calling and preparation for gospel ministry.
